Random Pics in the Yard (9-6-09)

Haidyn came to Play (9-5-09)

In August of 2009,
My gracious mother traveled from Orlando
for an "unexpected visit".
She did NOT just drop in...
I called her to please come stay with me
and help take care of me.
What?!?!
Take care of a thirty-something, I mean,
29 year old woman! ;)
Anyway,
Some extensive dental work had left me
pretty much "needing some TLC" only a mom can provide.
So she came.
And while I was at work one day I came home to find
my front yard entrance area
COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED.
I only wish I had BEFORE pictures!
And
I wish I could express to her
just HOW MUCH SHE MEANS TO ME!

It is beautiful even still.  Yellow flowers, Red blossoms, growing shrubs...  The whole nine yards!

Noah Summer 2009

Boys Christmas 2008 Shot... A Family Tradition.

Although I gotta say, this year wasn't a very "traditional looking" shot!

The Grands! Summer 2009.

I must admit...  It is very difficult to have a two year old, three year old, seven year old, nine year old all in a picture with a very patient sixteen year old to "Pose" appropriately, smile and have their eyes OPEN simultaneously as the camera lens flashes!  Very Difficult...
(Add to that a unfortunate glare behind the shot...  But it's such a cute shot of five cousins that are having their picture taken together for one of the first times.)

it's been a while....

Where does the time go?
Like socks in the dryer... disappearances galore.
My time has "poofed" away.
No posts since October of 2008!
How can that be!
A lost camera, an uncharged video camera, a virus infected computer... What! No time to update that anti-viral software either!
What happens?
I am constantly doing things that keeps me from doing other things that leads to feeling as if I have accomplished absolutely nothing.
